金融危機有感

今天的金融危機畢竟不是98年的亞洲金融風暴。這些年來中國經濟的發展實拜98年的亞洲金融風暴所賜。98年之前，世界第一大的零售商沃爾瑪，它的提供商並不是中國，而是東南亞，當然也可以說中國與它們平分秋色。也就是說它們和中國處於競爭對手的位置。競爭得最激烈的時候，東南亞一帶爆發了金融危機，陷入了4-5年的掙扎期。。西方沒有受到影響，還得到了一些額外的利潤。。這就註定了西方的消費呈增長趨勢。。。想想看，對手失去了4-5年的時間，而這一部份的時間被中國意外地得到。。

而今天，我們面臨的金融危機與98年不同。。中國本身的市場是歐美的沃爾瑪。沃爾瑪是世界第一大零售商。它是美國的家族企業，如同法國的家樂福一樣。而現在的金融危機對沃爾瑪當然會有影響，那麼作為沃爾瑪產品提供商的中國，目前，外需不足，內需又根本起動不了，嚴重的產能過剩才是問題。。

雖然中國的金融體系沒有完全對外開放，有它相對的獨立性。雖然在這一次的金融危機中沖擊表面上看似乎不大，但是！一些因信貸擴張的經濟實體，被誤導的商人，他們投資的那些項目，那些甚至在正常情況下不一定能獲利的項目，他們所受到的正面沖擊則是不可避免的了。。看了博友的一些博文，珠江三角地帶飽受沖擊。。大量的裁員，大量的工廠倒閉。。剛和廣東的一位客戶聊，他說那一帶每天平均有100家工廠倒閉關門。。。很多人面臨失業。。工人在政府大樓前集會追薪。。。這種現象發人深思。。。這僅僅是問題剛剛冒了個泡泡出來。。

而明年，明年這一場金融危機對中國的影響，形式我覺得很悲觀。或許明年，搞不好就會有些變動，一些新的政策會出來，誰知道呢？拭目以待吧！

中國的發展集中在投資和出口領域，內需其實嚴重地不足。這種產業結構本來就很畸形。而內需提不起來最根本的原因是：社會保障體系的不健全，甚至缺失。工資，及可以支配收入的增長又是這么緩慢！因此中國人的「自我保護」意識決定了中國人的消費觀念不象美國人那樣超前享受。而思想的觀念決定行為，自然，出於「自我保護」意識，住房，教育，醫療等這些保障性的儲蓄主導著中國老百姓的消費，也就是說住房，教育，醫療等才是中國人的主體消費，自然而然地，日常其他的消費就減少了嘛。。這種現象由此導致產業結構的畸形。。。內需很難拉動。。解決問題的關鍵還得建立和完善社會保障體系。。。沒有後患了，老百姓才會把錢拿出來消費。。當然，建立和完善社會保障體系，非一朝一日就能辦到，這是一個很漫長的過程。。。

胡主席，溫總理的壓力夠大。。這一場金融危機，中國受到的影響，持續的時間，也許會比美國長。
