以下是国际域名的投诉流程，一般投诉几天后即可收到转移密码。
在域名转移注册服务商时，遇到原来的注册商拒绝转移的，或者以各种理由阻止转移，涉及国际域名的问题都可以在ICANN投诉。一般说来因为ICANN根据用户投诉有权取消注册商资格或进行处罚，所以投诉是相当见效的。通过在线提交问题投诉注册服务商的方式可以获取转移授权码，投诉网页中填写的情况说明需提交英文版，可以参照模板格式修改对应的信息使用。

国内域名就向cnnic投诉，官网上的“公共服务”—“用户服务专区”有投诉申请表可以下载，他们收到投诉后会联系注册商，注册商会跟你沟通处理的。
国外域名就直接向ICANN投诉，他们是直接在线提交投诉的，只要稍微懂英语，能把要投诉的内容写成英语就好了，ICANN收到后其实是不会看的，所以是中式英文也没什么关系，他们会把投诉信直接转给注册商，限期让注册商处理后反馈。所以就算内容写不清楚，注册商也会跟你联系问清楚了解决的。

以上表格的填写方法：
1、Name 栏目填写您的名字。
2、Organization(if any) 栏目填写组织机构，为可选填写。
3、Email 栏目写上您的email地址，方便regestrar跟您联系。
4、Telephone Number 栏目可选填写您的电话。
5、Domain Name 栏目写上您要投诉的域名，不用输入www (例ok165.com)，这里只能填写一个，因为提交时候会自动从数据库查询该域名的注册商regestrar.

1）、My registrar blocked the transfer because I did not pay the transfer fee. 没有支付转移费用。

4）、I am the Registered Name Holder and my email address is listed as the registrant’s in the registration information, but the registrar requested proof of my identity. 域名EMAIL是我的，但要求提供身份证明文件。
5）、The registrar blocked the transfer because there are payment defaults between the registrar and the reseller through which the domain was registered. 因为我注册的代理商和域名注册机构之间有费用纠纷。
6）、The domain name is locked and the registrar did not update the status and did not provide me with means to update it. 域名注册商锁定了转移状态，并且我不能解锁。

I can’t find any place on their site to get my Auth-Info code. Followed their FAQ，I found they require a paper form to be filled and mailed to their office with a hard copy of my official personal photo ID or/and passport. I feel very uncomfortable about this. I don’t think they have the authority to check my personal id and keep a hard copy，it contains lot of my privacy info. I believe this requirement is against both ICANN policy and local law.
